Our fast growing search engine marketing and website design company is seeking an executive assistant to support the company president and vice president of business development in the their day to day tasks. In short we need a Joan Harris (Mad Men) who can keep things organized at the highest levels and multi-task as we expand rapidly.
The right candidate will be:
The job will involve helping executives monitor progress on multiple simultaneous projects, keep office supplies in stock and organized, set, keep and organize a daily schedule as well as answer phones and sit in on conference calls and meetings to maintain accurate notes. Your job will involve making sure the items discussed in meetings and conference calls do not slip through the cracks and are actioned upon accordingly. Delegation of tasks to proper employees will be part of the job.
