UX/Interaction Designer

Your day -to-day will be a mix of working on complete websites, landing pages & funnel optimization. we have an exceptional team of designers, developers, marketing specialists, copy-writing and project managers who will assist you in bringing your ideas to life quickly. This is a position to work in a small group, with exceptional talent and an exclusive group of blue-chip clients.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize design solutions from ideation to completion
- Work with project management to create documentation, wireframes, user flows, navigational structures, and experimental prototypes
- Spearhead the concept, design, and execution phases of projects
- Be a central point of thought leadership for new and existing projects
- Collaborate with product management, analytics and engineering teams during design, development, testing, and product releases
- Serve as an advocate for the user, while still maintaining an understanding of the value of brand and business needs
- Help establish and reinforce consistent design patterns across multiple teams and platforms
Required Skills
- Familiar with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS design capabilities
- Understanding of personas, user interviews, usability testing, and visual design principles
- Has experience working in short, fast-paced development cycles to deliver results quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills; is comfortable presenting to executive staff
- Previous experience working with product managers and developing design strategies
- Strong self-management skills combined with an ability to work as a contributing member of a multi-disciplinary team
- Team player with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments
- Fluent in current UX best practices with the ability to push the boundaries and create fresh designs for cross platform products
- Ability to converse with engineers and easily communicate ideas
- Passionate about understanding and keeping the team informed with emerging trends and innovations in experience design,
- Ability to use visual thinking and communication to create intuitive interactions with tools such as
- Competency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Balsamiq, UXPin or other interaction design tools
